CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required for booking an appointment to hold your time slot and to adhere to the 48 hour cancellation policy.
Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations as these times are valuable both to the provider and other patients waiting to schedule. Failure to give 48 hour notice or no-shows will incur a fee of $100 ($200 for all Helix treatments), or 100% of the service cost if the service is less than $100.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
NOON Aesthetics & EltaMD:

A refund may be issued within 30 days of original purchase with proof of purchase. Product(s) must be in original packaging. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit will be issued in the amount of the refund.

All sales are final & not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
